An easy and healthy lunch idea.....just made this the other day in a quick few minutes. You'll just need your potato peeler to make ribbons of zucchini, yellow squash, and feta cheese. You could also add carrots if you like. Add some edamame, olive oil, lemon juice or vinegar, and your choice of spices. I added salt, pepper, and a few chia seeds! Delish!
There is an eloquent tale about the difference between Heaven and Hell.
